Please Help To Open The Phone Sim Lock.....

Hello,

I need help to open the phone, Samsung GT-E1200Y. My cousin give it to me and also the sim card he use to the phone. And while we strolling the phone and saving some contact. Phone got died battery., And like wise my cousin the owner of the phone he forgot the Sim Lock. Only the Phone Password he can remember. And we got into the trouble Sim got PUK and the Sim Base that the PUK Code may intact is gone. Thats why we need help to open the Phone again. So Please Help us to Open it again.
