MP4 transfer issue

Hello,
I am unable to transfer MP4 files from HP laptop to external drive the message I'm getting reads.
"This is no longer located in C:\Users\Name\Desktop\folder\subfolder. Very the item's location and try again."
I went back to that folder and I am able to play the MP4 files and move to other folders on my desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi M,

Did you double check the path and made sure that you got the right folders and sub-folders in the right sequence? Sometimes its a simple overlooking that causes this. If not, there might be a program using this. If not, then there might be a virus causing the problem. However, you can try using GS RichCopy 360 in transferring these files and even larger amount of files to and from one server or device to another. Try it out and see how it goes.
