Hello,
I have repeatedly called the GMail Customer Care in US and written to you on this forum but still I have not been helped out by GMail Support to recover my account disabled on some suspicious activity carried out by some hackers who got hold of my account, misused it and also changed its recovery options. The Account is removed by moderator@gmail.com
It is my 10 years old account full of my important record.
Now, I am unable to recover my account despite filling the online recovery form repeatedly. I fill in my legitimate recovery option which is my secondary email Account is removed by moderator@gmail.com.
Looks like the hackers have edited my recovery options.
GMail is requested to help me out and sort my problem out urgently and effectively with the help of my secondary account removed by moderator@gmail.com or my authentic phone number removed by moderator. If need be, I am readily prepared to prove my identity and authentic ownership of my account.
I am already a victim of the hackers' malice and expect that GMail will not let me be further punished.

Regards,
Matt Cronje

Hi Matt,

Google and Gmail do not have a customer care service phone number in the US nor anywhere else in the world because they could not handle all the calls. You must have reached a 3rd party service, they usually are good at charging money but no much on service.

We at CCM don't have any magic trick to recover accounts but we know the ways which the e-mail service provides.

Gmail will ask you to reset your password any time they detect suspicious activity related to your account. To prevent unauthorized access to your information, please choose a new password before signing in to your account.
