Hi Lali,
Please open Disk Management and check if the pendrive is correctly recognized. Does it have a file format and a drive letter? Have you been using the pendrive on a Mac or with a TV? If the drive has a correct file format, but no drive letter, right click the drive and try to assign a letter. Do you have a backup of the data stored on the drive? If you do, I recommend you to format it and try to access it.
