Hi Mini,
Could you please insert a pendrive and open Disk Management? Check if the drive is recognized. Does it have a drive letter and a file format? If no device is detected, try connecting an external hard drive for example.
Open Device Manager and check if there is some kind of an ongoing issue. If all seems fine, open the motherboard manufacturer’s web page and download the updated USB controllers. If your laptop is under warranty, contact the seller.
