Hello,
i was searching the mls website and the screen on my laptop just went black. i can hear the fan running but nothing else i have very important stuff and the only laptop in house please can some one tell me what might be the problem.

hi,
take out the battery, and press the power buttom for about 20 seconds and then plug the battery again.

THAT WILL RESET IT BUT i THINK YOUR SCREEN IS OUT THERE IS A BULB THAT RUNS ON THE INSIDE OF THE SCREEN THEY GO BAD HOOK IT TO A MONITOR AND REBOOT
