Wifi adapter not working

Hello
I have three laptops one of them is nearly an old one now. It is a specified IBM Thinkpad
It is wifi certified and the wifi used to work until I installed a new windows in it. The wifi light on it does not even blink now. What should I do?

I suggest you use SlimDrivers to identify, download and install the latest driver.
