Urgent help for booting

Hi,

My windows XP won't start. I shutted down the computer yesterday, today when I started it it will run till the windows boot screen, when the bar reaches the end the screen will stay black and nothings happens

I tried to boot in safe mode but after loading the drivers it just stays there as well and wont go on with the boot.

I wanted to repair the system with the Windows XP CD-ROM but I'm not given the option to repair. After it starts all the devices needed, i'm presented with the partitions I have on my PC to choose in which to install windows, if I pick one I can format and install or just install.

Hello everyone! How are you doing!? First off let me say thank you for veiewing my problem.
Also thank you in advance for any help that is given, also let me say my english is not that good.

Okay so my laptop will not boot. It is a hp pavillion windows vista laptop that has an centurion 2 processor 4gb of ram. It goes to the "Microsoft Corporation" loading screen and stays there. What could cause this? How should I go about fixing this? Also if I restore it to factory settings will it fix it?

Hello my computer was working fine without causing any issue . Suddenly i came from out of my vacation and tried to log in the same and now am experiencing issue with while its starting .The sound keep continuing without any stop . any idea on it is highly appreciate
