My computer acts as if it's going to start then nothing.

Hello, my computer was working fine, and has Windows 10, and it seemed to want to start up, then it read the processor, and gave me a black screen with no words or lettering, just a white blank typing line. Any Suggestions? If I plug it into my other hard drive it tells me there is no operating software found, have removed all cable and nothing is working.
