Use Netshx command to do it.

Its quite easy and netshx can be obtained from Novell's cool tool collection website.

The netsh command seems to have problem on windows xp 32 bit service pack2 and service pack 3. However netshx works fine.

i did nt get it please clearit..how to make a  batch program so that i can disable lan card or disconnect network after using it for certain time
