Stolen Facebook profile and mail Closed

Question

Hello, 

My email has been hacked and than also my facebook acconut.
Since I don´t have access to my email and also somebody has changed all security question etc., I basically can only rely on  getting my email back first and than facebook account.

If I will not get my mail back, is there any chance to get my facebook back?
