How to enable my Gmail account

Hello,

My Gmail account has been disabled recently and it has been over 48 hours and it's still disabled now I cannot access the play stores to do updates. I have tried the recovery form but trying to remember the answer to some of the questions is impossible. Please assist me if you can.
