Hello,

I recently replaced my Acer Aspire 5610z keyboard with a new one and the keys don't work properly. Most of the letter keys can be used. However, the keys surrounding the letters apply multiple characters when typing. Can it be fixed and how or do I need to buy another new keyboard?

You probably did not installed it correctly. I suggest you consult a qualified technician.
