Forgot Yahoo Mail password

I cannot access my account. Forgot password and it gives me an option to select email or phone no. for retrieval.. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL. my phone no. has changed since it has been almost 3 years since i changed it. I would like some help on accessing or getting into my yahoo account.
