Can you help me get my msn account back?

Hello,

I really need help on getting my msn account back, really important stuff gets there.
Someone hacked my email and was smart enough to change the password and secret question, now for me is allmost impossible to get it back, please, Is there a way to hack it or get the password so that i can change it and make a more difficult question so it is not hacked again?

Contact the email host provider directly, provide all you details you can remember and they will usually send the information and allow you to reset the password....expect 7 days turnaround.
