Windows 7 No audio Output device is Installed

Dear All
I tried to go through the installation procedure for the realtek driver ..then tried all measures including unistaling the driver again ..but still the same No audio Output device is Installed message.

The system doesnot show and device installed.

Windows 7 is pretty robust, so it should self-heal if the hardware is 7 certified! Is this PC hooked up to the internet? Have 7 look for the drivers itself! Be patient, it will take a while! A Long While! As long as the hardware is 7 certified, no troubles!
