Laptop keyboard function

Hello everyone,

I have a new laptop brand Dell. I'm not satisfied with its keyboard's function, because usually after 3-4 h that I work with it, some of the alphabets get missed in my text. Does anyone know whether it is a software problem or hardware? Thank you.

probably a hardware problem.

Have you contacted Dell?

No, actually I haven't contact Dell, because it happens sometimes only after I work with the laptop for 3-4 h. If they want to check the laptop they have to do the same to see the situation I think...
