Forgot yahoo mail password and security questions answers

i can not access my yahoo mail because i forgot password and security questions and really do not know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the last seen was 3 or 4 days ago,but my account was signed out i can not remember so i do not needed to use password and for this reason i donot remember,in fact i changed my windows to 10 then i need to remember that password and security questions answers ,please help me..........
