Hi Prawin,
Could you please tell what steps are you following? Are you using Disk Management to perform the formatting? What version of Windows are you using? The ExFat file system should be selected when trying to format in Disk Management in Windows. Check the link below. It describes how to format an external drive but the steps are the same with a pendrive. Just select the OS you are using.
