Can android os corrupt?

Hello,



am using yxtel u3,when i boot or power it it cant start only providing me no command option. i have done enough factory reset,wiping cache and many as am ordered but to no avail. i want to note what the actual cause and how to overcome that problem and also if you can give me a specific file to download or email in my inbox a zip file to appy and have my phone back in use. Thank you.
