I need help someone has hacked my Facebook and gmail

Hello, my Facebook and gmail has been hacked every time I try it keeps saying there's no account that match. Can someone help me log back in. I've tried all Facebook things to log in and nothing works

Go to the customer support on their websites and report your accounts as being hacked. They should log out all active sessions and send you reset pw details.
