ACER can't get to desktop

Turn on computer & Acer comes up & then it asks for F2 setup & F12 . Cannot get desktop & I get the utility system with many options. I do not know what to do , please help..

So it sounds like the CMOS battery needs changed. If you hit F2 and then F10 to save and exit, does it boot? If so, the CMOS battery needs to be changed! LEt us know if you need assistance with that!
