Some keys on my keyboard are not working [Closed]

Hello,
i have a lenovo s531 Laptop,
some of my keys on my keyboard are not working properly,
and some times they work but not most of the time.
they keys are:
z x c v m , . and Enter

Please help me!

then some types are broken.

I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard. If it test OK then you need to replace the broken internal keyboard.
