Gateway PC won't turn on

Hello,
Please help! My Gateway PC won't turn on, the light for the power button doesn't go on. I've tried to pushing the button and holding with power off, but nothing. When I plug in the power supply plug both cooling fans will spin for a second only. I've tried the paperclip test on the green and black wire for the fans and they both worked. The monitor does get power and I checked my power supply plug and it is good. Where do I go from here?

Bad Motherboard!

It is that simple! If it won't boot, or it doesn't hang...

Motherboard! If it won't boot into BIOS and run in BIOS, motherboard( or cooling of CPU)!

If it hung, ram or disk!

If it runs for 3 hours, then shuts off, heat!
