Acer aspire v15 nitro won't go past loading screen

Hello,
I am having a problem with my gaming laptop the acer aspire v15 nitro. When I turned it on it was stuck at the loading screen and it keeps on doing this. I then pressed alt + f10 and this came to the windows 10 page and it showed a variety of options but when I clicked on most of them they said they couldn't do that because there is something wrong with my hard drivem please help I have got important document on there.
