Mac to PC Partioning

Hello,

I have my 1tb drive set up as OS Extended (Journaled). I need to one folder (53.06 GB) to work on a friends PC. Is there a way the partion part of my drive, or just that folder so that i will not lose my other data. She really needs this footage i shot and i dont know what to do. Thanks for any help.
