COM surrogate has stopped working

Hello, All,

When i inserted Removalbe Disk, in that disk i have stored some mp3 songs and some videos, when i attempt to open such files windows error appears like
"COM surrogate has stopped working" PLEASE anybody help me in this matter, and why this error has appeared.

hi bro

as per given link i had done like that and now also it repeates like to all programmes when i attempt to open it
could you plz help me in this matter
