PC windows 10 not starting Closed

Question

Hello...  I want to ask help,  when ever I will press the On  start of our Pc it doesn't want to start, I must take first off the power cord to the Pc then connect again then press the on start before our pc starts, I replaced the power cord already but still were encountering this problem. hope somebody help. big thanks in advance

Hi Shemple,

Are you using a desktop PC? If the PC fails to turn on, it is highly possible that there is a power related problem. Your power supply may be failing. I would recommend you to check it, because it has a problem, it may damage other hardware. 
If you are using a laptop PC, I would suggest you to clean it from dust. There may be something blocking the cooling fans.
