How to enable always on backlight keyboard

I'm enjoying the Acer Aspire R-14 laptop however I'd like to have the keyboard light always on.....
any suggstions?

It seems you and everyone else would like to have this option, but it doensn't exist. I just went through the acer forum, and everyone is asking for it, but no response. That tells me that it doesn't exist! If it did, the acer techs would have made them aware of it! Sorry!
