Hello Steph,
In order for your husband to do what he did, he had your id and password and he did whatever he did as if it was his account. No doubt that the recovery email or phone were also changed.
Hence recovery is impossible.
I have two suggestions:
1. If you are still in speaking terms with your husband, as him for the id and password.
2. If you are not on speaking terms, report the account as fake and create a new one.
