Hello Piku,
Please, share what kind of steps have you performed to troubleshoot the laptop's issue? The fact the you can hear the fan spinning is encouraging. I guess, the problem could be with the vedio chip of the motherboard. If there is the problem, you should bring the laptop to a technician to clean and solder the chip because its thermic paste could be exhausted. This happens a lot when there's an overheating problem.
When you come back, please let me know what happened.
