I have a Packard Bell laptop which freezes often, before going on holiday it froze and I was unable to turn it off so I unplugged the charger cable and closed it. When I returned it was off so I plugged in the charger cable until the light under the battery icon turned blue but when I press power nothing happens and the power light does not come on. Is there any way of me fixing it?

Hi

If your lappy froze often, your operating system is getting corrupted. That can be fixed.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Good luck

You may have a power supply issue. I suggest you consult a repair shop
