Hi,
How do I reset to factory setting? I tried using Alt+F10 but it didnt work.
I have windows 7 as operating system.
The problem was start when It updating to windows 10.
Any suggestion and advice much appreciate.

On many Sony models, holding alt + F10 at boot will start the factory restore process or see this short Sony tutorial:
