Laptop has to be continuously charging

Hello, i have dell intel core i3 laptop... my laptop have to be continuously charged to keep working on it...if i unplug the charger it automitaically shutdowns..in short i have to give continuously supply of power to my laptop... can anyone plez help me solve my problem

You should get a battery replacement.
