please help my dell inspiron laptop fails to power i tried to remove the charger and the battery press the power button for 45 seconds trying to reset no help...wen i put the battery back and charger and press the on switch it lights only the LED showing the power button like signal under the mouse pad

Dead laptops need "hands-on" access by a qualified PC Tech to diagnose. I suggest you find a PC repair shop or return it to Dell for servicing.
