Dell Inspiron fails to power

title Inspiron 13 7000 won’t power up  I have a dell inspiron 13 7000 that won’t power on  I tried the battery disconnect and pushing power button for 30 sec  still not powering up  power cord is good  what else can I try  

I have done the reset but it keeps getting to windows welcome s screen and reboots. Could anyone please help me get past this. Ii can open a pre boot system assessment page and everything passes. I am not sure what to do to get past this point. I would appreciate any assistance before I have to take it to the computer shop. My industry (entertainment) has been shut down for 9 months and money is tight. Thank you

My dell inspiron 3537 is not starting up. It blinks the power LED 3 times and then the power LED stops blinking and stays on.

It is not showing the charger when I plug it in.
I have tried starting up by removing the battery and using just the charger, the problem stays. Since the power LED blinks when I'm on just charger mode, I don't think there is any problem with the charger.

Please help.

I am trying to connect my laptop to a monitor. The monitor worked fine with a pc when I last used it, a while ago. I have recently used the same laptop with another monitor, and that worked fine. But those two together... the best I managed was to get the monitor to show me the laptop's desktop for 2 seconds before going back to safe mode. Any idea what's going on??
