How to retrieve Deleted mails even after you cleared your trash

Hello,

Tried many of your suggestions but still cannot retrieve my deleted emails after accidentally emptied off permanently from my trash. Another thing, I cannot fond "Lables" in my settings.

Well, the deleted goes to trash, so if you deleted trash, it is GONE! What labels are you referring to?
