Hello,
When I open any of my local disks and click a folder it shows windows explorer
is not responding and automatically closes down. please help as i am unable to open my files

You have failed to mention what OS version.

Hi, might be there is a virus in your system which makes the windows explorer crash. I suggest you to use antivirus to detect and troubleshoot the issue. Thank You!!
