Windows folder cannot be opened

Hello,
please help. I don't know what I clicked, but the windows folder in C: cannot be opened. and I think it affected some of the drivers. I cannot start the windows defender too. and my antivirus is interrupted when I start scanning my computer. I suddenly had a problem with my internet connection, saying there's a problem with the driver.
