Hi. I need help factory resetting my Toshiba Satellite C55-B5100 laptop with windows 8.1. I cannot seem to get past the Setup Utility screen but before that, I am required to enter my HDD/SSD password, which I do. So, my question is this:. How do I factory reset my laptop to the original settings from the Setup Utility screen??! Any help is greatly appreciated!
