Help locked out my gmail

I for got my password and my phone is turned off so they can't send the code for me to reset password I tried to get it sent to my new Gmail but I don't have it as my back up email I'm locked out of the one I have on file I messed up my old phone so don't member my pass words and my phone is out of time right now.is there a way to get code sent to me
