I can not use my secret question

It is not alowing me to use my secret question.
It is saying that i can not receive online support.
Somebody broke my email account and i can not sign in

Well, you do understand that we are not the service provider, right? You failed to mention your provider that you are having issues with, almost like you think you left the message for them.
