Hi Dany,
I am sorry for any trouble caused by your Western Digital drive. You are talking about an external drive, right? Please check if the drive is recognized in Disk Management. Does it have a proper file format and a drive letter? If there is no drive letter, try to assing one by right clicking on the drive. If the drive has a letter assigned, it should appear in My Computer. If the drive is not visible in Disk Management, open Device Manager and search for the drive, under USB devices. Uninstall the drive along with the USB hubs. Disconnect the drive and restart the PC. Once Windows is booted, connect the device. The same issue appears?
Plese test the device on another PC and with another USB cable.
