Don't have my password or recovery Yahoo account

Hello, I have no issue trying to log into my account saying that sending me a key cut but my phone's not turned on and I don't have a phone number for it to send me a key how can I get into my account from laptop it's not letting me log in I don't have my password or recovery Yahoo account either and no active phone so I'm stuck trying to get into my account

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember?
