Forgotten yahoo mail password

Hello,
l have forgotten my yahoo I'd and password and alternative email address. Useful information is kept in my account,I have port ant data and documents keeping in my account.
Would you please provide me with the information how to reset my password.
I have changed my account (my account is ***@***) password on 19 September, from 12:00 to 14:00 time period.
I have been using my yahoo account for a long period of time, I didn't manage to figure out the account by security questions and alternate email. Still I can add some information on my birthplace (I was born in Yerevan, Republic Armenia) and date in 26.11.1986.
I would appreciate any help you can provide.
