Hello, 

last known configuration is not working for me....neither I can log on with the safe mode 
same problem is showing in the safe mode.....and I cannot repair or system restore as no restore point is created........help me

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 53.0.2785.116

Take it to a technician as you have already done everything that we would suggest to help fix the issue. Disconnect the harddrive and see if you get a different error. If you do not, then the MB is bad, and there is nothing we can tweek to fix it!
