Hi Tablet,
I recommend you to disconnect power cable and remove battery. Hold the power button for 20 seconds and then recommend power cable. Try to turn on the PC. If nothing happens, try booting with another power cable. If the PC is under warranty, contact the seller and ask for guidance. There may be an issue with the power port. The good news is that this problem usually is repairable.
