Hi Ruddy,
Could you give us some more details about the issue? If you are trying to connect your SD card from your phone to your PC, please open Disk Management and check if the card is recognized. You may need to assign a drive letter. If the card is not listed there, test it on another PC. Are you using an adapter in order to connect the card?
Sometimes adapters are causing some trouble. It would be helpful if you try with another one. Is your card working normally when connected in another phone?
