Hi Anilk,
Trying on multiple devices was a good idea. If no sounds pops up and there is no information about the card in Disk Management and in Device Manager, there may be a problem with the memory card. Since it is under warranty, you should find a way to request a replacement. Memory card failures are not repairable. If you cannot find manufacturer’s service center, ask assistance from the shop, where you bought the card.
