Forgot laptop username

I graduated from high school in 2015, and haven't used my laptop since 2014. I have recently moved and just found my laptop again but I have forgotten my username please HELP! and is there any way that I can use it normally without it being protected?

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
