There are many reasons of PC not booting. It could be because of power supply. Check power button is properly connected or not. If it seems fine, then check whether any disc left in DVD. Sometimes it happens you forgot disc inside your PC ant it stops booting. May be your hard drive connected with wrong SATA port. Check connections as well.
